How do I label my items?

For any flats (trading cards, photos, magazines, etc), a simple post-it note with your order number and preferred ink type/color with arrows pointing to the signing location will suffice

For footballs, basketballs, helmets, jerseys, shoes, and larger items, using Frog Tape or non-adhesive painters tape with the same information is perfect
What kind of authentication is available?

At every single signing we offer, there is an option for you to purchase (sometimes it is free) a third-party authentication sticker

This authentication type is called a "Witness Sticker", meaning a representative from the third-party authenticator witnessed your item being signed

The main TPA's are Beckett, JSA, Fanatics, Radtke, Schwartz, and Tristar. Sometimes players (like Larry Bird), have their own hologram to verify the authenticity of your item
Will you provide pens?

Yes, we will have fresh pens stocked for every signing. Those include black and blue sharpies as well as a plethora of Deco and Molotow paint pens

However, if you have a very specific pen you want your item signed in, we highly recommend you send it in your package to ensure that pen gets used
When will my item ship back?

Your item will ship back at the latest 2-3 weeks after the signing has concluded. We aim to have all items shipped back no later than a week after but sometimes with the amount of volume sent in, it takes a little longer.

Can I return my send-in order for a refund?

You cannot return a send-in order

Mail-in signings are only eligible for cancelation and refunds if the signing gets canceled or is postponed without any confirmed reschedule date
