Refund Policy

Due to the custom and event-based nature of autograph signing services, all purchases made through SAGAutographs LLC are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Autograph Signing Orders
All autograph signing orders are considered custom services and are final once submitted. Once an order has been placed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, including but not limited to:

Customer-supplied (send-in) items

Items purchased through our website

Inscription selections
-
Authentication or COA selections
This policy is necessary because items are prepared, logged, and scheduled specifically for a live signing event.
Autograph Quality Disclaimer
We make every reasonable effort to obtain clean, high-quality autographs at all signing events. However, due to the live, manual, and variable nature of autograph signings, variations in signature quality are normal and expected. Minor imperfections may occur, including but not limited to:

Light streaking or fading

Ink skips or flow variations
-
Slight placement or pressure differences
-
Minor surface blemishes on the signed item
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for minor streaks, imperfections, or blemishes that do not materially affect the overall appearance or authenticity of the autograph.
In the rare event that an autograph is severely compromised (as determined at our sole discretion), or if an item is damaged while in our possession, the customer may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution as determined by SAGAutographs LLC.
Athlete Cancellation or Event Changes
In the event that a signing is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled by the athlete or event organizer:
Customers may be offered one of the following options:

Participation in the rescheduled signing (if applicable)

A site credit for future signings

A refund, at our discretion, if the signing is fully canceled and cannot be rescheduled
Missed Deadlines & Customer Errors
If your item is received after the posted deadline, you will receive a refund for your autograph cost, however the customer is responsible for return shipment costs
Refunds will not be offered for:

Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing order information

Errors in inscription text or item selection submitted by the customer

Failure to follow packaging, shipping, or submission instructions

Authentication & COA Fees
Fees associated with third-party authentication or Certificate of Authenticity (COA) services are non-refundable once selected, regardless of outcome, timing, or signature placement.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, customers agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, and submission of documentation to the payment processor.
