Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

 

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by SAGAutographs LLC

 

Order Processing & Signing Timeline

Autograph signing orders are fulfilled in connection with scheduled signing events. As a result:

  • Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase

  • Items are shipped after the signing has concluded

  • We make every effort to ship completed orders within approximately 1–3 weeks after the conclusion of the signing 

 

Processing and shipment timelines may vary based on:

  • Signing date and athlete availability

  • Volume of itemsAuthentication (COA) services selected

  • Estimated timelines, when available, will be provided on the product page or in order confirmation communications.

 

Customer-Supplied (Send-In) Items

Customers are responsible for shipping their items to us by the published submission deadline.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or couriers

  • Items received after the deadline may not be eligible for the signing

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging and insurance when shipping items to us

  • Until the tracking for the package shows as delivered to our correct address, we are not responsible for that package

 

Outbound Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been completed and prepared for return shipment:

  • Items are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

  • Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss or damage in transit transfers to the carrier. SAGAutographs LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit after carrier acceptance.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

 

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Athlete scheduling changes

  • Event postponements

  • Authentication processing

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

 

SAGAutographs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

 

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxesInternational delivery times may vary significantly. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

 

Lost or Damaged Items While in Our Possession

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged while in our possession prior to carrier acceptance, SAGAutographs LLC will work with the customer to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable manner.
