These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by SAGAutographs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and all purchases made through the site.

 

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy.

 

Nature of Services

SAGAutographs LLC provides autograph signing facilitation services, including:

  • Coordinating live autograph signings

  • Handling customer-supplied (send-in) items

  • Offering items for purchase to be signed

  • Facilitating optional authentication services

 

All autograph signings are live, manual events and involve inherent variability.

 

Order Acceptance & Final Sale

All orders are considered custom services and are final once submitted. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All item selections, inscriptions, and options are correct

  • You understand the nature of autograph signings

  • You have reviewed all applicable policies

 

No refunds or cancellations are permitted except as explicitly outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Autograph Quality Disclaimer

We make every reasonable effort to obtain clean, high-quality autographs. However, due to the live and manual nature of autograph signings, variations in signature quality are normal and expected. Minor imperfections may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Light streaking or fadingInk flow inconsistencies

  • Variations in pressure or placement

  • Minor surface blemishes on signed items

  • Refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will not be accepted for minor streaks, imperfections, or blemishes that do not materially affect the authenticity or overall presentation of the autograph.

 

In rare cases where an autograph is severely compromised, determination of severity and eligibility for resolution is made solely at the discretion of SAGAutographs LLC.

 

Customer-Supplied (Send-In) Items

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper packaging and protection of items

  • Shipping items to us by the published submission deadline

  • Ensuring adequate insurance when shipping items

 

We are not responsible for:Items received after deadlines

  • Damage caused by insufficient packaging

  • Carrier delays or losses during inbound shipping

 

Shipping & Transfer of Liability

Outbound shipping occurs after the conclusion of the signing and any selected services.

 

We make every reasonable effort to ship completed orders within approximately 1–3 weeks after the conclusion of the signing.

 

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage in transit transfers to the carrier.

 

SAGAutographs LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit after carrier acceptance.Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

 

Items Lost or Damaged While in Our Possession

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged while in our possession prior to carrier acceptance, SAGAutographs LLC will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Athlete Cancellations & Event Changes

Autograph signing events are subject to athlete availability.

 

In the event that a signing is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled:

  • Customers may be offered participation in a rescheduled event

  • Site credit for future signings

  • A refund, at our discretion, if the signing is fully canceled and cannot be rescheduled

 

Authentication & COA Services

Authentication and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) services are facilitated through third-party providers.

  • COA fees are non-refundable once selected

  • We do not guarantee outcomes or grading results

  • Authentication determinations are made solely by the third-party provider

 

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect inscription text provided by the customer

  • Incorrect item or option selections

  • Errors submitted at checkout

  • Please review all order details carefully before submission.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for issues covered by these Terms or our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Chargebacks initiated in violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restrictions

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAGAutographs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

 

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
